The muse is the most potent source of energy an artist can draw from. Sometimes what you're looking for is standing right at your side, your hand firmly clasped in theirs. Sometimes it looks you in the eye and, without saying a word, assures you that everything will be alright, forever and always. But a muse, by definition, cannot be tangible. The muse is the most potent source of energy an artist can draw from, but I'd throw all of my tools away to obtain what I crave.

I swear I'm trying to keep up with the "drawing every day" thing. I keep starting shit that I don't have any interest in finishing. I might submit several days of unfinished drawings into my Scraps. Sorta counts, I guess.
